FAQ Section

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued. Please ensure you are able to attend the event before purchasing tickets. If, for some reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us for assistance with this.

Do you have discount codes?

No codes, but we are offering the first 50 adult weekend tickets at the same price as our 2025 event. This is a limited offer and will be available until the 50 tickets are sold.

What facilities are available?

Toilets, both fixed and portable, will be available across the site. Shower facilities will be available on purchasing a token from the Campfest stall. We have an Elsan disposal point, water points, first aid and security on site, as well as bars and food stalls.

Can I pay with a card?

The majority of our vendors will accept card payments, but we recommend you bring some cash with you just in case the signal is poor or the card machine is not working. As a number of our vendors are small businesses they prefer cash as they get to keep 100% of the sale rather than a percentage going to the card provider. Also there is a £10 deposit for silent disco headphones, our shower tokens are £2 each so it's worth having some readies with you.

The closest ATM is in Driffield town centre, which is approximatley 2 miles from the showground.

Do you have electric hookups?

No, we do not have electric hookups available for campers. and we do not allow petrol generators on site. Please ensure you have a suitable power source for your camping needs. If you need to charge your phone or other devices, we have a charging station available on site.

What are the operating hours?

Campers can arrive from 12:00pm on Thursday as long as you have purchased a Thursday night ticket. If you are only attending the event on Friday, our gates will be open from 9am. To give our crew some rest we request that arrivals are prior to 9pm on Thursday and Friday, unless you have made prior arrangements with us.

Day tickets are valid from 10am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday and until 5pm on Sunday. Please ensure you have left the site by this time.

The festival officially opens at 12noon on Friday and closes at 5pm on Sunday, we do have limited spaces for Sunday night stays and the facilities offered after 5pm will be limited, If you do stay on site on Sunday night you will need to vacate the site by 11am on Monday morning as we need to get the site cleared and handed back to the owners.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we welcome well-behaved pets to the event. However, they must be kept on a lead at all times and you must clean up after them. Anyone found not cleaning up after their pets will be asked to leave the event.

What about Fire Pits and BBQs?

The showground has a strict no-open-fire policy. This includes fire pits and BBQs. Gas BBQs are allowed but must be used in a safe manner and not left unattended. We are intending to have a communal fire pit available for use. This will be in a safe area and will be monitored by our team.

What about Vegan & Vegetarian Options?

The majority of our food vendors will have vegan and vegetarian options available. Please check with the individual vendors for their specific offerings. They will all be posted in our Facebook group.

Can I leave the site once camped?

As we are a family-friendly event, we need to minimise vehicle movement during the festival. This is to ensure the safety of all our campers. However, you are welcome to leave on foot, or if you must leave in a vehicle, please contact a member of the crew and arrange for you to be escorted off site.

How much space is a camping pitch?

The majority of our standard pitches are 6m wide by ~7m deep. This allows for a typical campervan, motorhome or caravan to fit comfortably with a modest awning or gazebo and maintain a 2m gap to the next unit. If you have a larger vehicle / bus / truck etc. and need more space, please contact us with your booking reference to discuss your requirements.

If you have a caravan and awning or gazebo, you will need to park your car in our car park and walk to your pitch. This is to ensure we have enough space for all our campers.

Our tent pitches are 6m square and are located in a fenced-off area close to the car park. You can either drop your kit off and then park your car, or park your car and borrow one of our wheelbarrows.

Why does your website use AI-generated content?

We are a two-person-plus-dog team, and Fran's coding skills are a bit "ruff" 🤣. We have a lot of work to get through, so we're using AI to help us rapidly develop content for our website while keeping our costs under control.

This allows us to focus on the event itself and make sure we're providing the best experience possible for our attendees.

Don't worry — we're still checking and editing the content ourselves to make sure it's accurate, suitable and relevant to our event. AI is just helping us get it done faster and without having to hire a full-time content writer or graphic designer.

We hope we have covered most of the questions you may have. If you have any other questions, please contact us via email or our Facebook page and we will do our best to answer them!
